So far so good with Yeasayer videos. They certainly know how to do the strange, and how to do it very well. Whether it's the drenched-in-chicken-korma figures from 'Ambling Alp' or some other such nakedness, their videos are always worth a watch. Can't see this changing any time soon, in truth.

Certainly not after their latest offering, which is the video for 'Madder Red', taken from their current Long Player, Odd Blood. What the hell is happening in it? Is it a walking brain? A deformed specimen or WHAT?! All I know is that I'm sure as hell glad I ate my dinner before I watched it.

The video has been directed by Andreas Nilsson. The single is out September 13 in the UK, but you probably already have the album, ennit?
