Battles, Les Savy Fav and Caribou curate ATP's Nightmare
JoeDiddly by Luke Slater March 2nd, 2011

We've been waiting with baited breath the last couple of weeks, after All Tomorrow's Parties announced that Jeff Mangum, once of Neutral Milk Hotel, would be curating one of their December 2011 festivals. When they said "who" we didn't think it would be more than one band. But it is. They've announced Caribou, Les Savy Fav and Battles as curators. Excellent news.

The weekend runs from December 9-11 2011 at Butlins Holiday Centre in Minehead, Somerset. Les Savy Fav will curate the Friday, Battles the Saturday and Caribou the Sunday. Again, good news. We are told the line-up will feature 45 bands and artists playing, which is a good turnout. Obviously there'll be more things to do, as well.

Tickets go on sale Thursday March 3 at 5PM through ATP Festival.com and cost £170pp for room only and £180 for self-catering. There will, of course, be the usual Early Beard and instalment tickets but visit the official website for more details about that. In the meantime...
