Listen: New Future Of The Left track 'Polymers Are Forever'
JoeDiddly by Luke Slater October 20th, 2011

When it comes to noisy greatness, Future Of The Left should be near the very top of any list that's made, as they extol all of the genre's - and music in general - values. In the best possible way. Their 2009 record Travels With Myself And Another was, without any doubt, one of the finest of the year.

They've got a new record (The Plot Against Common Sense) due next year, but in the meantime there's an EP (Polymers Are Forever) due for release, and it is due on November 14 through Xtra Mile Recordings. You can actually hear the title track from it over on SoundCloud or Pitchfork. It's promising, I'll give them that. That said, it actually delivers too. None of this fannying around.

The band have these dates in November in the UK.

November:
20 - Cardiff, Clwb Ifor Bach
26 - Leeds, Cockpit
29 - London, Hoxton Bar and Kitchen

Discuss the new track here.
