Manowar, once dubbed the loudest band in the world, will release their 'Hell on Earth III' double DVD in December. As well as the videos for the band's entire back catalogue and documentaries about the making of those videos, the disc will also feature 'Live in Germany the Ringfest', a one-hour show filmed in Cologne in 2002, as well as a selection of behind-the-scenes footage and interviews.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers' latest offering, 'Live at Slane Castle', will be released on November 17. Filmed in August, the show includes favourites such as 'Under the Bridge' and 'Californication', as well as a cover of the Ramones' 'Havana Affair'.
On November 10, Guns N' Roses will be releasing a set of three DVDs, priced at £9.99 each. Look here for more information.
Meanwhile, Thunder, whose first DVD, 'Live', was released way back in 1997, plan to film part of their second offering at a one-off Thunder Christmas Party in London in mid December. Only 200 tickets will go on sale for this intimate gig, and a third of the audience will be seated at tables close to the stage. Ordering details will be announced on the band's website on Monday November 10.
