Frayed, the bubblegum rock three-piece from London, have released their first recording since 1999's well-received 'I'd Love To Go To Egypt' single, in free MP3 format. An unmixed version of 'Girls Get It Better' is currently available from the band's official website, and is the first sample of a batch of tracks which were recorded at the end of last year. Although it is uncertain when these tracks will be released officially, there is the possibility that they will take the form of two singles, 'Girls Get It Better' and 'Machine'.
Frayed will be promoting their new material in a live date on Wednesday May 2nd 2001 at the "BARFLY @ One Four Four" venue, 144 Charing Cross Road, London. The band will be supporting Thirst.
