Although it’s a ‘supposed’ return to their darker heavier roots, the Bizkit's 5th single ‘Boiler’ comes across rather limp (pun not intended), lacking their usual hook laden rap-rock edge.
The other A-side ‘Faith’, neatly borrowed from the debut album '$3 Bills Y'All' (released 5 years ago) is perhaps their heaviest song to date, with Mr Durst screaming over a confusion of feedback and superfluous riffery. Yeah, its cooler to hate them these days, but even George Michael fans can accept that in rock covers history, this is an undisputed victory!
