It's 'cause that Cotton bird's off on Love Island, innit...
The final episode of the BBC's flagship music programme, Top Of The Pops, will be co-hosted by four previous presenters.
Pat Sharpe, Tony Blackburn and Mike Read will introduce the week's hits alongside none other than Sir Jimmy of Saville, whose turn on Celebrity Big Brother was more entertaining than, like, playing Pooh Sticks. 'Cause there's a drought, y'see.
The BBC itself quotes Sir Jimmy thusly:
"I did the first one, and I'll do the last. They're not even entirely sure what the format will be yet. It's all up in the air."
The show airs on July 30. Art Brut won't be on it so SHUT UP you.
