The exhibition features artefacts, film, photos and music from the festival, with memorabilia including the guitar used by Kurt Cobain during Nirvana's headline set in 1992, and runs until November 28th.
Festival curator Matthew Williams said: "The Festival has very much become part of life in Reading over the last 30 or so years. It is a rite of passage that many young people go through and we are hoping to capture something of that sense of adventure in this exhibition."
Admission to the Museum of Reading is free. Opening times are 10-4 Tuesday-Saturday and 11-4 Sunday. It's closed on Mondays, so don't be going then, fool.
