Disrespect their alleged 'nu-metal peers' all you like, but disrespect Deftones and I will fight you.
The Californian five-piece are to play a one-off show in the capital ahead of the release of their fifth studio album, Saturday Night Wrist. We previewed the album earlier this month, here.
The band's London show is at the Electric Ballroom, Camden, on October 12; tickets, they're going to set you back near-enough twenty quid, but if the band are on form it'll be the best twenty you'll spend on a gig all year. If they're not, well... sorry.
Tickets go on general sale on Friday (September 29) at 9am; advance pre-sale tickets are available through livenation.co.uk from 9am tomorrow (September 28).
