Razorlight singer Johnny Borrell has denied rumours that his band are on the verge of splitting.
The vocalist was involved in a particularly public brawk with bandmate Andy Burrows last week, which led to tabloid speculation that the group - whose single 'America' is number two in the UK chart for a second week - was about to break up.
Borrell told BBC 6Music: "We're four blokes in a band - you get pissed off with each other."
He also took the opportunity to repair any rift with Burrows, saying:
"My band are the best band around. If anyone can put a drummer in front of me that's better than Andy Burrows, I'd like to hear him. I see Andy playing night after night, he doesn’t make mistakes. That guy blows me away. We wrote 'America' together, of course we're very close. We're the only English people in the band - we got to be together."
Is that racist? Never mind. Razorlight, right, they're on tour at the moment. So go, if you like.
