London, wake up: DiS is putting on a pair of shows for you - yes, you! - over the next two nights. You think we book these things just so we can go out and get drunk? Well stop thinking that - it's only partially true...
Tonight, at The Luminaire in Kilburn, we've got something very special for you: Emmy The Great, plus mates, and maybe even a special guest. Yeah, maybe. It might be called the Apocalypso Acoustic Night. Yeah, probably. Or just Emmy And Freinds. You decide.
The first fifty attendees through the door this evening will get themself a rather nifty DiS Records sampler featuring tracks by Emmy herself, Bat For Lashes, Adam Gnade, Metric, Redjetson, Jeniferever, Martha Wainwright, Kaiser Chiefs, and more. Which is pretty nice, likes.

SO, dear DiSsers old and young: will we be seeing you at either show, the final two of our month-long birthday celebrations? Y'know DiS is six this month, right? Have you missed this, or this? Bring us a present and maybe we'll forget about you forgetting, eh? Where are y'all meeting prior to these shows? Anyone know any decent boozers in the proximity of either venue? That first paragraph: partially true, remember...
