Special weekend offer: DIY Festival for a fiver
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver July 25th, 2007

Anyone wanting to extend their Saturday fun after DiS's once-monthly DiScover Club this weekend now can for a fraction of the original cost, as we're offering attendees at the Notting Hill Arts Club show - featuring Lovvers, Vessels and Herra Hidro - the opportunity to attend A Badge Of Friendship's second DIY Summer Festival for just a fiver.

The DiS-sponsored all-dayer starts at 12 noon on Saturday July 28, but if you're already attending our DiScover Club show, you can head over to the event after Lovvers' headline performance and get in for just five pounds. On offer at the DIY Summer Festival: good bands like Soeza (pictured), cheap drinks, excellent DJs (but we would say that...).

Details of the DIY Summer Festival:

When: July 28, 12 noon 'til late
Where: Imperial College Union, Prince Consort Road, London SW7 2BB
(Nearest Tube: South Kensington)
Who: Soeza, Future Corpses, One Unique Signal, Restlesslist, Koe, Limn, The Furious Sleep, Uncle Pedro, Action, Burnst, DiS and Silver Rocket DJs
How much: £10 advance or £5 after DiScover Club with a flyer
More information: here

Flyers allowing punters in for a fiver will be available at the DiScover Club show, held as always in conjunction with Rough Trade Shops from 4pm 'til 8pm at Notting Hill Arts Club. For more details on the DiScover Club show, click here.
