Babes in Toyland Tour UK
clloyd by Christopher Lloyd March 5th, 2002
Back in the early nineties, there were three bands that changed the way rock was heard. Sonic Youth, Nirvana, and Minneapolis trio Babes in Toyland. The band split in 1998, leaving a fantastic collection of albums, and proving a lasting influence on many of todays un-manufactured girl bands, as diverse as Kittie and Le Tigre

Well, it's a new decade, and Babes In Toyland have reformed, and are currently in the middle of a UK tour. If you never saw the band 'back in the day, then get yourself to one or more of the following venues:-

March
6th Brighton - Concorde 2
7th Macclesfield - Bar Cuba
9th Coventry - Coliseum
10th York - Fibbers
11th Manchester - University
12th Newcastle University
14th Glasgow - King Tuts
16th Nottingham - Rock City
18th Bristol - Academy
19th Dudley - JB's
20th Bedford - Esquires
23rd Liverpool - University
