derekrocks by Derek Robertson July 20th, 2016

Le Guess Who?, one of Europe’s most diverse and eclectic festivals, celebrates its 10th Anniversary this year, and is commemorating this milestone by making 2016’s edition the biggest and best yet. The festival has just announced the lineups curated by their four main headliners, Wilco, Savages, Suuns, and Julia Holter, programs that showcase each curator’s diverse range of inspirations and interests, ranging from post-rock experimentalism to avant-classical orchestration via West African ngoni and minimalist pop. The full outline of the curated programs is below, with more artists to be confirmed leading up to the festival:

There’s also The Mega Record and CD Fair, which runs alongside the festival. With 500+ record dealing stands, it is the largest record fair in the world, internationally renowned for its incredibly comprehensive collection of vinyl and pop memorabilia.

As an Official Media Partner, Drowned In Sound will be there all weekend, reporting on what promises to be one of this winter’s best music weekends.

Le Guess Who? takes place in Utrecht from the 10th to the 13th November 2016. Tickets and more information can be found at the festival’s official website.
