Arab Strap have fallen victim to a robber on their US tour, the second time they've been involved in matters of a criminal nature.
At the end of March their support act, A Whisper In The Noise, were attacked and robbed, and now the Scottish outfit have had $6,000 of cash stolen while in Philadelphia on Sunday night.
The money went missing between the hours of 8pm and 10.25pm from a restaurant. Tour manager Teresa Murray said:
"The band and I were at Nick's Roast Beef Restaurant and I forgot my purse at the table and when I returned to the restaurant, all the money was gone."
No arrests have yet been made.
