The Cooper Temple Clause: Exclusive download news, tour & single details
crablin by Colin Roberts May 11th, 2006

Reading's favourite sons get ready to tour and release super-limited single

Having completed work on their third studio album, Make This Your Own, genre-mashing bleep-rockers The Cooper Temple Clause have announced their first new material since bassist Didz left last year.

'Damage' will be available as an exclusive FREE download from Drowned in Sound from this Monday, May 15th, as well as from a limited run of individually spray-painted CD packages on their forthcoming tour (dates below). The CD will also feature brand new b-side 'Talking to Pylons'.

In an exclusive interview this afternoon, guitarist and now part-time bassist Dan Fisher said of the single, "the music industry can be very suffocating, especially for someone who struggles with any social situation whatsoever. Damage comes from there, I think a lot of people have been in similar situations, where they don't feel cool enough to be in the room".
