Billy Bragg is to support Hard-Fi during the latter act's sold-out run at London's Brixton Academy.
The passionate, often-inspiring 'singer' (come on, it's not like he can hold so many notes) will play second fiddle to the Staines megastars from May 14th through until the 18th. His song 'Levi Stubbs' Tears' has previously been covered by the Richard-Archer-and-his-eyebrows-fronted indie outfit.
Archer said to NME.com a wee while back:
"I saw Billy Bragg play Reading and it has to be one of my all-time favourite shows. He held the crowd captivated: just him and an acoustic guitar. 'Tank Park Salute' leaves me in bits."
