Rapper The Game has hinted that he may quit music after the release of his third album, claiming he has achieved his musical goals and is confident of his legacy.
The hip-hop star was touted as the next big thing in gangsta rap in 2005 after a mixtape found its way into the hands of Dr Dre, and his major-label debut The Documentary met with critical and commercial success.
However the rapper – real name Jayceon Taylor – told AllHipHop.com: "I think three classic albums are good for me, you know?”
“I got my point across. I was a prominent figure on the West Coast and a bigger figure in hip-hop as a whole. I think I made my impact enough for my name to be said and remembered.
"Right now I'm taking a break from hip-hop and enjoying time with my family and my friends."
