All Tommorow's Parties returns to the Sussex Coast next April with Shellac to curate **
New for 2002, All Tommorows Parties will be held on two consecutive weekends, each with identical billing - allowing an increased capacity without moving the site from at the Camber Sands Holiday Centre. The dates are April 19-21, 2002 (weekend one) and April 26-28 (weekend 2).
Shellac have so far confirmed the following acts for the festival: Breeders, Robbie Fulks, Plush, Low, The Fall, Ex (and Orkest), Dead Moon, Silkworm, Shannon Wright, Nina Nastasia, Blonde Redhead, Oxes, Brick Layer Cake, Lonesome Organist, Rachel's, Mark Robinson, Lonesome Organist, Threnody Ensemble, Shipping News, Dianogah, Neurosis, Flour (Peter Conway), Arcwelder, Danielson Famile, The New Year, Ballydowse, Will Oldham and Shellac themselves.
Promoter of ATP 2002 Barry Hogan: "Shellac played ATP 2000 and were absolutely devastating, without doubt they were one of the best acts of that year. After the festival I had a conversation with Shellac and they asked if they could curate an event. I was more than happy to let them take charge."
"Lots of people ask us why we pick old school bands instead of new kids on the block like The Strokes.." (lots of anti Strokes insults later..) (because) they are still making great music and have been an inspiration to so many."
Tickets are priced £100.00 for a weekend pass to include 3 nights accommodation, entry to all the concerts and facilities on site and will include a free cd to each ticket Holder.
Tickets are available now and can be purchased
