Kaiser Chiefs kill two birds and you can be the fat one
sean by Sean Adams August 19th, 2008
and Gary Wolstenholme

Get your nanananah, rooobehroobehroooobay and ooooooh-woooooh-aaaahh's ready as popular pop band Kaiser Chiefs have a new album in the offing and plan to launch both it and a new venue at the same time.

The Leeds lads will be hometown heroes on the week that they launch their new album ('Off With Their Heads' out October 13th) and play a tiny (for them) show to launch Leeds Academy.

The show takes place on Wednesday 8th October 2008. The tickets (just 2,300 of them) are priced at £25 adv. and go on sale Thursday 21st at 9am from leeds-academy.co.uk.

For those not able to get tickets / people who don't live in Leeds, you can catch them on tour at the following October dates, with support from the wonderful Late of the Pier, plus The Hair:

8 Leeds Academy
13 Manchester Academy
15 Southampton Guildhall
16 Reading Rivermead
17 Glasgow Barrowlands
19 Leicester De Montford Hall
20 & 21 London Kentish Town Forum

DiScuss: Anyone got a copy of 'Oh My God' they fancy selling me as I only have one copy of it? What do you think their album will be like? Or don't guess and wait because we've got a preview of it coming up very soon...
