Machine Head-less one
greed by Graham Reed May 20th, 2002
Long standing original nu metal band Machine Head are back to playing metal musical chairs again with the departure of guitarist Ahrue Luster.

With the departure of previous guitarist Logan Mader in 1997, (later to join Soulfly , and now in Medication), who played on the first two albums 'Burn My Eyes' and 'The More Things Change'). Ahure Luster was welcomed into the band with open arms but now, as is the norm for these things, its a case of "creative difficulties" and an amicable split. With a new album (the bands fifth) virtually completed, and a string of summer festival dates lined up, the band promise to complete these obligations before looking for a new guitarist.

Well, if they do want a guitarist before the dates start, they haven't got long - the band play a secret show in london on July 3rd * under the name 'Ten Ton Hammer' at Highbury Garage.

* thats my birthday, presents to the usual address!
