Get Brainwash'ed in Leeds this weekend
dionisio by Rob Webb October 14th, 2008

What's better than a festival in a great venue with a brilliant lineup? A festival with a brilliant lineup in a great venue that's all for a good cause, that's what. Say hello to the third instalment of the Brainwash Festival, taking place at the fantastic Brudenell Social Club and the Royal Park Cellars in Leeds this very weekend.

We've reported before that it's going to be the scene of iForward, Russia!'s last gig for the foreseeable future, but the bill has swelled in recent weeks to the point where it'd be rude not to run another news story urging you to attend. So do just that! Here's the full lineup:

Friday October 17th
iForward, Russia!, That Fucking Tank, Danananaykroyd, Rolo Tomassi, Wintermute, Chickenhawk, Jon Gomm, I Concur, The ABC Club.

Saturday October 18th
Lite, Humanfly, These Monsters, 54-71, The Freezing Fog, Skeletons, Pulled Apart By Horses, Cowtown, Tigers!, The Old Romantic Killer Band, Manatees, Two Minute Noodles, Rampant Rabbit, Khuda, Maybeshewill, Adebisi Shank, Greg Haines, Golden Disko Ship, Yellow 6, Glissando, The Window Right, Bleeding Heart Narrative.

Sunday October 19th
Olafur Arnalds, Paul Marshall, Sky Larkin, Vessels, Gentleman's Pistols, Red Stars Parade, Errander, Fran Rodgers, 7 Hertz, Brenda, Tubelord, Secondsmile, The Declining Winter, Mi Mye, Finn.

Proceeds will be shared equally between Sheffield Children's Hospital and a new village-saving project in Laos. You'll want tickets for this, won't you? Yes, you will. So here's a handy link.
