Dear London Metropolitan Elite (aka LME),
This weekend (28th-31st May 2015) DiS' editor (technically that is me writing in some weird formal third person tone) will be speaking at Tim Berners-Lee's Web We Want event at the Southbank Centre on London's Southbank.
Catch him (me?) in conversation with Peter from Popjustice (which, like DiS, also celebrates its 15th anniversary this year), Lindsey who runs the Londonist and Michael Lewin from LoveLive (former editor of Notion Magazine) at high noon on Saturday. Find out how the sites started, and what the future holds plus there's plenty of time to ask any questions, although it's probably best not to ask why we didn't review your demo...
Then on Sunday he (I'll?!) be chairing a panel about the lack of credits on digital music services and what can be done about it, with Helienne from Guardian music / Auddly, MusicBrainz and producer Tommy D who's behind the Credit Where Credit's Due campaign.
There's also a live show from Gwilym Gold as well as a talk about his album re-defining app/listening experience, digital art installations, and lots more going on at this "internet festival".
