Killingbeck Police need YOUR help to identify 24 men, charged with arson, criminal damage, assault and public disorder, in relation to the disorder at Temple Newsam in Leeds over the August Bank Holiday.
So, if you saw who it was in the red campsite that began pulling lighting down, starting small fires near the toilets and then, this is the worst bit, causing forty-four people enough harm to require medical assistance then do your bit and (as those crime ads say) don't let 'em get away with it! Here's how...
Killingbeck Police today released photographs and footage of 24 men (no women?) they would like to trace. Detective Chief Inspector Trevor Kerry, Killingbeck Police Crime Manager, said:
"Up to 50,000 people, including many families, visited this event each day and had a good time. The event was marred by a small minority who were involved in violence which put public safety at risk. This type of behaviour will not be tolerated. We ask members of the public to help identify these people."
Anyone with information is asked to contact Killingbeck Police on 0113 2413685. The photographs are published on the West Yorkshire Police Website weblink.
