Lily, daughter of Keith, Allen is unlikely to be 'Smile'-ing come Sunday evening, as McFly are set to steal her top-slot spot on the UK singles chart with their charity double-a-side.
If 'Please Please'/'Don't Stop Me Now' makes it to number one, it'll be the pop-rockin' quartet's fifth in all - it's currently leading the way in the midweeks. With proceeds going towards the Sports Relief fundraising effort, it's nice that the band's teenage audience is going out of its way to buy up a whole bundle o' singles.
Of course, the sales have nothing whatsoever to do with the fact that you can see McFly in the buff on the DVD version of the single. Nope, nothing.
In album news, McFly are apparently going more 'pop' on their third album. So there.
