X Factor judge and very-rich-person Simon Cowell (pictured) is apparently keen to get Kate Moss' signature on the bottom of a recording contract.
The Mirror reports that Cowell is keen to have her signed up, even if her singing is pretty far from perfect. The man, he said:
"I would like to offer Kate Moss a recording contract, whether she can sing or not. The thing about Kate is that she's a star - it's the 'Kate factor.' People attach themselves to her and instantly become interesting."
The X Factor is probably on television now. I dunno.
