DiS to co-sponsor Pelican/These Arms Are Snakes UK tour
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver January 17th, 2007

Pelican = great. These Arms Are Snakes = great, also. The two touring, together = nurse, I need a sponge down.

The bands hit the UK in April - not, like, hit the UK, like, with their fists... well, probably not - and travel the land laying down layer upon layer of dense sonic noise. Noise that sounds great. Hurray!

And what's best of all? The dates are co-sponsored by DrownedinSound.com and Rock Sound magazine, meaning that there'll be all manner of rockin' treats coming your way before the tour kicks off on April 14. Expect to see fancy features on both acts soon, both on these pages and in those of Rock Sound, our monthly glossy of choice.

Unless Razzle counts.

Dates:

April
14 Southampton The Joiners
15 Birmingham Barfly
16 Glasgow ABC2
17 Manchester Satan's Hollow
18 Leeds Cockpit
19 London Islington Academy
20 Brighton Audio

Are you excited? We are! Are you gonna go? We are! Click here and add yourself to a gig, why don'tcha.

More stuff to follow, soon. Tickets are available on Ticketweb and Seetickets, and from individual venue box offices.

Pelican are due to release their third album in May, through Hydra Head.
