As reported earlier this month, Scottish quartet The View were forced to cancel a series of shows in the US and Canada after the band fell foul of the States' immigration rules. The exact hows and whys weren't revealed at the time, but now it's come to light that the band's singer, Kyle Falconer, is apparently facing a drugs charge.
The fresh-faced singer was allegedly caught in possession of something naughty - cocaine to be exact - last summer, and is due to attend the Sheriff Court in Dundee on March 2.
To enter the USA visitors must declare any arrests. Allegedly Falconer didn't, which ended the band's hopes of playing the country and showcase event South By Southwest.
His mother must be proud, and other things that old people say when young people do things that old people think are bad. Et cetera.
