Tonight: Manatees, Charlottefield and more at London DiS show
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver September 28th, 2007

Another day, another plug, but with good reason: the double-header of Manatees and Charlottefield is simply too good to not pimp 'til it's dazed and confused with knickers about ankles.

Tonight, in London, DiS presents the above pair alongside the excellently bonkers Down I Go - expect tales of famous disasters and sci-fi robots set to frantic hardcore - and the powerfully lo-fi punk of Brighton-based Zettasaur. The venue: The Fly, at 36-38 New Oxford Street (nearest Tubes: Holborn, Tottenham Court Road). The tax: six quid on the door or a fiver advance. Doors: they're at 8.

I mean, why wouldn't you want to see a band whose drummer can grow a beard like that? Exactly. Learn more about all bands participating by reading interviews and clicking to MySpace and stuff...

Zettasaur: DiScover

Buy tickets / further details here. Then, tomorrow, don't forget this little t'ing.

Of course, if tonight doesn't tickle your fancy, there's always the All Ages Concerts' first birthday for you underage readers. Gig's at ULU, London, from 7pm, and the bill features Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Afrikan Boy and more. Details here.
