Tonight: DiS Pinback show in London
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver November 22nd, 2007

Show reminder. Show reminder. Show reminder.

Tonight in London, San Diego indie-rockers Pinback - pictured - play live at 229, with suitably ace support from The Dudley Corporation and Youthmovies, with DiS's Mike Diver (hello) on the decks between bands.

Pinback's Autumn Of The Seraphs album, out now via Touch & Go, is one of 2007's finest of its ilk, and is rightfully in the running for our album of the year title; the top 50 of 2007 are up for voting here, so if sublime indie-pop is your thing, be sure to get clicking and make a difference in our readers' poll.

Read our review of Autumn Of The Seraphs here; check out Pinback's great website here.

Tonight's show is a co-promoted event with The Local/Knom, Coda and DiS all sticking their fingers in the same pie. Tasty.

Doors are at 7pm, and 229 can be found at 229 Great Portland Street; nearest Tube stops are Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street. Tickets on the door - a limited amount are available, so if you're coming down arrive early - are priced at £12. For more information click to the venue's website here.
