Obama and McCain's top 10 musical jollities revealed
dandruff by Ashraf Dumile August 13th, 2008

Eternally jetting across from Kentucky to Tucson can be lonely. So how do presidential hopefuls John McCain or Barack Obama relax? An earful of Dooley Wilson and Kayne West of course.

Blender magazine have compiled a list of Obama and McCain’s choice cuts (with running commentary from Girl Talk and Randy Newman), with the Democrat leader plumping for a mixture of traditional rock and dreary R&B, whilst the Republican card is no happier than when sat back soaking up “some of the classics”.

This comes after The Sun reported yesterday that Obama’s people have apparently approached Flakey Devonshire warbler Joss Stone to provide the official theme for his campaign, with a ‘a source’ stating that “he has always admired her music and thinks she is the perfect choice because of her unique appeal to black and white voters”.

Obama has previously distanced himself from Ludacris’s recent dedication to the Illinois presidential candidate, ‘Politics: Obama Is Here’, for labelling McCain as not worthy of “any chair unless he’s paralyzed”, Hilary Clinton a “bitch”, and George Bush Jnr as “mentally handicapped”. Seriously, what did they expect after from the man that brought the public this?

So, whose list do you prefer? Let’s be honest, a double-barrel of ABBA is better than that will.i.am stonker.

The Fugees ‘Ready or Not’
Marvin Gaye ‘What's Going On’

Nina Simone ‘Sinnerman’

will.i.am ‘Yes We Can’

Dooley Wilson ‘As Time Goes By’
