Calories to release new EP
JoeDiddly by Luke Slater October 26th, 2009

Brum-based Calories are to release an all new EP through Big Scary Monsters in the very near future. Entitled Let's Pretend That We're Older, it'll be released November 9 and features four brand new recordings from the band, all of which are outtakes/unused material from their upcoming LP Habitations, which is being released in March next year through Smalltown America. So think of it as a sort of prelude to it all.

They've also, very kindly, made available a track from the EP for download. For free, obviously. It's the title track, so is called 'Let's Pretend That We're Older' and you can get your hands on it by clicking here.

The band are also on tour at the moment, and you can catch them at the following places and dates:

27.10 - London, The Scala (w/ Dananananaykroyd)
28.10 - Brighton, Audio (w/ Dananananaykroyd)
04.11 - York, City Screen (w/ Youves)
05.11 - Nottingham, The Bodega (w/ Youves)
06.11 - Brighton, The Freebutt (w/ Youves)
07.11 - Southampton, Lennons (w/ Youves)
08.11 - Reading, Oakford Social Club (w/ Youves)
09.11 - Birmingham, The Flapper (w/ Youves)
10.11 - London, The Barfly (w/ Youves)

Plenty.
