The Vines: Outtathaway Roadtrip

Australian quartet The Vines (who have a fanzine called the NME) have anounced details of their forthcoming single and UK tour dates.

They, via EMI, release 'Outtathaway' on October the 7th. The single will be released on 2cds and the tracks include: the unreleased track 'Ms Jackson' a staple of all their live performances, an unreleased BBC Radio One live recording of 'Country Yard' from the 2002 Glastonbury Festival and the David LaChapelle video of the title track. The unreleased b-side 'Don't Go', a BBC Radio One live recording from the 2002 Reading Festival, plus a promo film of tour footage from their 2002 USA tour. The CD artwork is a painting by lead singer, Craig Nicholls.

The Vines are set to embark on a UK tour, with support from scousers The Bandits (who run the Bandwagon venue in Liverpool) the dates are as foillows:

30th - Nottingham Rock City

November
1st - Cambridge Corn Exchange
2nd - London Shepherds Bush Empire
