Last night's Billboard Awards, held in Las Vegas, were dominated by just two acts: revitalised punks Green Day and rapper 50 Cent.
Fiddy was up for a whopping eight awards, and went home with six under his rather large arms. Green Day also took home six, including Rock Act of the Year. The trio also presented the Century Award to Tom Petty.
50 Cent's The Massacre album won the gong for Album of the Year, and the rapper also took home the award for the Artist of the Year.
Mariah Carey scooped an impressive five awards, and recent European Music Awards winner Shakira got three. The award for the year's Best New Artist went to Gwen Stefani. Categories included Ringtone of the Year.
