Although the last time we saw her referred to was when being compared, rather unfairly, to the man mountain that is Antony Hegarty, Meg White has been turning certain heads in the fashion world.
White, of The White Stripes fame, has been announced as the latest face of US-based designer Marc Jacobs' collection. The photographs in question - none of which we've seen, by the way, but Meg scrubs up perfectly well most of the time (example not pictured) - were shot by none other than Juergen Teller.
Jacobs' working with White is not the first time he's poked a toe into the pool of rock n' roll resources: previous models include Sonic Youth and Stephen Malkmus.
