The Killers, Vegas-spawned pop-rockers of no little success, have revealed more details about their forthcoming second album, the follow-up to their breakthrough debut Hot Fuss.
The as-yet-untitled long-player is due for a September release (18th is the last we heard), and singer Brandon Flowers has been talking to NME about how it differs from their debut. Be afraid...
"For me, this is the album. I feel totally empowered by singing it. There's a spiritual element to the music that wasn't there before."
Dunno 'bout you, but I'm making sure I've got Derek Acorah on speed-dial before pressing play for this one. A selection of song titles (all TBC, we assume) are doing the rounds, too; they look a bit like this:
'Why Do I Keep Counting?'
'Bones'
'When You Were Young'
'Uncle Johnny Took Cocaine'
'Sam's Town'
'Read My Mind'
'Bling'
DiScuss: 'Bling'?
