The event - called For Pities Sake Focus - will feature an array of acts and will be hosted by Russell Brand. While in the boozer last night, key DiS figures determined that Mr Brand is funny, but only if you don't see his face while he's speaking. Such a combination - face and voice - is enough to make a man nostalgic for the glory days of TV-am.*
