Idlewild: More Tour Dates & Release Details

Details have finally been announced about Idlewild's first release and UK tour since 'Roseability' in October 2000.

'You Held The World in Your Arms' is Idlewild's first single taken from their forthcoming album, entitled 'The Remote Part', (due for release in July). The single is scheduled for release on April 25th through Parlophone.

'The Remote Part', recorded over the last 4 months, was completed at RAK Studio's in London with producer Dave Eringa. It was finally mastered in New York last weekend, and tracks include 'A Modern Way of Letting Go', 'We Won't Stay The Same' and 'All I Never Wanted'. And that's not all! Those of you who haven't managed to get tickets for the short club tour next month will be pleased to hear that a descision has been made to extend the tour for another 12 dates, covering the whole of the UK, throughout April, and continuing into May...

All tickets are £11 in advance except London, which is £12.50.
