Coldplay Back In Their Place
_kp_ by Kate Price July 11th, 2002
Back nearly two years after their last single success with 'Trouble', chart crooners, Coldplay return to the scene with a new single and album.

August 5th will inevitably see the band return to the pop charts with their first single since 2000, entitled 'In My Place'.

The single precedes the release of Coldplay's second album to date, which claims to be "more energetic and uptempo than their debut". Followed by a full UK arena tour in October, 'A Rush Of Blood To The Head' will burst onto our record stores shelves on August 26th.

And if you're thinking of making an appearance at one of the shows, details are as follows:

October

4th - Glasgow SECC
5th - Newcastle Telewest Arena
7th - Birmingham National Indoor Arena
8th - Nottingham Arena
11th - Manchester M.E.N. Arena
14th - Brighton Centre
15th - Bournemouth International Arena
17th - Plymouth Pavillions
18th - Port Talbort Afan Lido
20th - London Wembley Arena
23rd - Belfast Odyssey Arena
